ArthaMatrix Technologies LLP is a technology venture founded by seasoned Chartered Accountants who spent over 15 years each in the trenches of compliance, audit, taxation and financial advisory. Born from a firsthand understanding of the challenges that CA professionals face every day.

The idea

The idea for ArthaMatrix took shape in 2025 when the founders, drawing on decades of combined professional experience, recognised that professionals were spending a disproportionate amount of time on the preparation, reconciliation and formatting of financial statements — leaving far too little room for the analytical and advisory work that truly adds value to clients.

They envisioned tools built by Chartered Accountants for Chartered Accountants and professionals — tools designed to align with the requirements of the ICAI Guidance Note for Non‑Corporate Entities and LLPs, understand the practical structure of schedules and notes, and deliver reliable, practitioner‑ready outputs that professionals can review and sign with confidence.

This rare combination of industry exposure and practical expertise has enabled him to design automation systems that align closely with real‑world professional and compliance workflows.
